Kathy has been with Dr. Zaugg since 2003. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. She is always happy to help, whether it’s explaining a dental plan, helping to understand insurance or helping someone book an appointment to fit their schedule. She is good at answering questions and if she doesn’t know the answer she will quickly find out. Kathy is soft hearted, loves her family and is hopelessly in love with her grandchildren. She also likes crafting, camping, shopping, movies, and a good book. She likes seeing patients happy after receiving great dental care.
Marcia has been Dr. Zaugg’s dental assistant since 2006, and it shows in the quality of her work. Marcia has a love of learning. She loves working with the state-of-the-art equipment in the office, and enjoys the opportunities for further education and training that are provided. Her quick smile and laughter, as well as her warm and comforting nature make her easy and fun to be around. Marcia and her husband enjoy their family (children and grandchildren). She also enjoys reading, cross-stitching, crafts, antiques, outdoors, cycling, hiking and camping. Marcia loves what she does and loves working with patients.
Traci has worked with Dr. Zaugg since 2013 as dental hygienist. She has worked in several states, some of which were Illinois and Indiana. She has a great passion for providing patient care. She enjoys what she does and is gentle and meticulous. Traci will make you feel like you are her best friend soon into the conversation. She and her husband, Justin, have two cute girls. She enjoys being with her girls as they dance. She also enjoys watching sports, camping and reading. Traci is a team player for providing the best care for patients.
Chantelle has been a dental hygeienist for Dr. Zaugg since 2003. Chantelle received a B.S degree from Idaho State University. She is known for her genuine care for others, attention to details and loyalty. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is the patient relationship. She draws people in with her happy personality and quality of work. Chantelle enjoys spending time with her family, (husband Nathan and 4 daughters) and friends, watching her girls play volleyball, movies, baking and meeting new people. Chantelle is kind hearted and enjoys providing a service for people that help them both look and feel better.
LaTonya has been Dr. Zaugg’s dental assistant since 2021. She has several years of experience in the dental field as a dental assistant. She has a great work ethic. Her compassionate nature and friendly smile will brighten your day. LaTonya is from northern Minnesota and she enjoys watching and playing sports of all kinds. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. LaTonya cares about making patients comfortable and calm.
